Arrival window

We will arrive within the arrival window for your booking provided that there are no unforeseen circumstances like accidents, weather, etc. We'll notify you if we are running late.


Because we reserve a time especially for you, please make any schedule changes before 5 p.m. the day before service to avoid incurring a $75 cancellation fee.


If you're not happy with your service at all, please notify us within 24 hours of your appointment arrival window with pictures of the areas of concern.


Holds are placed on the card the day of the cleaning, but you are not charged until service is completed and you will receive an email invoice instantly. Please note that some banks show this hold as a charge, but it is just pre-authorization.
